The De Mauris Inn has joined the "ECORISTORATION TRENTINO" project of the Autonomous Province of Trento, a project implemented by a program agreement signed in 2012 that aims to increase and highlight the environmental quality of the Trentino catering, demonstrating the reduction of the impact of the members on the environment. Great news in our pizzeria, the special dough "Macina d'Other Times".
Born after numerous tests and careful selection the pizza Macina d'Other Times is obtained from a mixture of Italian flours and soft grains and ancient cereals such as rye, linen, oats, spe farro and kamut (khorasan). The stone grinding guarantees the dough a high content of fiber and wheat germ, then vitamins and minerals.
